Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time allows our team to prepare, inspect, and package your order before shipment.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Unique Exclusive Tresses is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame, Unique Exclusive Tresses is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
